Tim Miller President & CEO
Mr. Miller has an extensive background in logistics from both the
shipper and the carrier perspective, having held management positions
with New Tech Sports, Airborne Express, First Air Express, and SabeRex.
Mr. Miller co-founded the company in 2001, and in May 2004 acquired
100% of the companys shares. With experience in both sales
and operations, he is primarily involved in business operations
with an emphasis on development of additional services, markets
and clients. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M
University. He formerly has held leadership positions on the board
of the Transportation Professionals of Central Texas, in the Austin
Chamber of Commerce-Logistics and Distribution committee, and as
President of the Austin Business Forum. He is a Certified Transportation
Broker, and holds a position on the Board for the Entrepreneurs
Organization and is a member of the Council for Supply Chain Management
Professionals (CSCMP) and of Transportation Intermediary Association
(TIA).

Brandon Arnold Vice President, Operations
Mr. Arnold has a varied background in all facets of the transportation
industry, including household moves, special projects, domestic
and international forwarding, warehouse logistics and full truckload
brokerage. Previous positions held by Brandon Arnold include tenures
with Delivery Limited of Dallas, Eagle Global Logistics, First Air
Express and Unishippers. He is a volunteer with Communities In School
(CIS), mentoring at risk high school students, and holds membership
in the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) and Council
For Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).

Leah Fenech Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Ms. Fenech offers a background of more than 32 years of industry
experience with an emphasis in Domestic and International Cargo
Services, Project Management and Inventory Management Services.
Her career includes tenures with Federal Express, DHL Worldwide
Logistics, TNT Worldwide, First Air Express, and AIT Worldwide Logistics.
In addition to management of all sales and marketing functions,
she personally manages key client relationships. She has previously
served as president of the Transportation Professionals of Central
Texas (TPCT) and is currently a Cabinet Member of the Council for
Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).

Ed Valle Vice President, Business
Operations
Mr. Valle is an accomplished business strategist and entrepreneur
who has founded successful companies and currently consults with
several companies in the Central Texas area. In addition to his
involvement in a complete range of financial planning and execution
strategies, he plays an integral role in the overall development
and execution of companies growth and financial management
strategies. After receiving a BS Degree in Accounting at Alabama,
Ed spent time in corporate accounting with Shell Oil, and executive
recruiting with KPMG/Peat Marwick. He launched Veristar, a Houston
based facilities management company in 1984, grew it to $25 million,
then spun it into two companies. Ed brought one of them, Team Logistics,
to Austin and managed the third party logistics company through
its 1997 sale to McLane Company, then a wholly owned subsidiary
of Wal-Mart. He has been a strategist and financial advisor to business
owners and high net worth investors since, as a Certified Financial
Manager for Merrill Lynch and most recently as Executive Vice President
and partner in privately-held RiverStone Financial Group, a premier
regional wealth management firm in Texas. Ed holds a CPA license
and NASD Series 7, 28, 31, 63 and 65 in Texas and several other
states.
